Please be advised that many products sold on our site are manufactured in foreign countries such as Japan. All foreign products are purchased and sold according to B2B prices that experience frequent changes determined by several factors such as but not limited to:
 
(1) Foreign Market Demand/Supply, and/or
(2) Exchange Rate Fluctuations

It is because of these factors that we can not commit to fixed prices in the event we restock any foreign products. Nevertheless, our intention is to provide our customers with competitive and fair prices, as well as offer benefits such as free shipping on our foreign products.

That being said, we will only refund products at the prices in which they were sold to our customers, not at the prices in which they are currently offered on our store.
